A game update can temporarily change the systems Aetherium relies on. Check the Status page before loading again. If that game is marked Detected, wait until it returns to Up To Date. If the status is current, rejoin a fresh server, restart Roblox and reload your normal Aetherium loader.

First check whether the game itself is lagging. Test your internet connection, restart your router or network connection if needed, close bandwidth-heavy downloads, and rejoin a fresh server. Then make sure you are using the latest Aetherium loader and check the Status page for the game. Lower heavy in-game graphics or visual features if performance is still poor.

Confirm that your internet connection is stable, verify you copied the complete loader, and make sure you are inside a supported game. Check Status before retrying. If the game is current, fully close Roblox, reopen it, join a new server and load Aetherium again.

Copy the key directly from the delivery email and remove any accidental spaces before or after it. Make sure you are using the correct loader and that a timed key has not expired. If the key is still rejected, submit a support ticket with the exact error so staff can verify it and provide a replacement key when appropriate.

Test the feature in a new server and check the Status page. If the game is Up To Date and the same feature still fails, contact support with the game name, feature name, what happened and what you expected to happen.

Aetherium purchases are normally final once bought. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, changing your mind, or deciding you no longer want the script. If the script genuinely does not work, provide proof after completing the checks in these articles and confirming the Status page. If your delivered key is incorrect or unusable, staff or the owner can verify the issue and provide a replacement key where appropriate.
